Grandma's Birthday

Today Avi, William and their mom and dad went to Grandma and Grandpa Lance's for Grandma's birthday. Grandma Jeanette was also there.

William got a lot of cuddle time in and Avi played and played -- he played with toys, and bubbles, and a yellow ball he found in Grandma and Grandpa's yard.

Grandpa made Grandma a wonderful birthday dinner -- pork roast, roasted vegetables, apples and corn on the cob. Mom made Grandma a lemon birthday cake. It was all delicious.

Avi and his mom wrote and illustrated a story for Grandma's birthday about Avi and Bobot visiting Grandma after a hard week of fighting crime. Avi also recorded a special happy birthday message for his grandma.

It was a fun evening. Grandma should have birthdays more often.
